A whole lotta vanilla cupcakes, half with vanilla cream cheese frosting and the other half with chocolate buttercream frosting.

I had to test a couple for “quality control” and they passed with flying, happy tastebuds. 😋😋

Raspberry Mocha Cake! Mocha cake, raspberry filling, espresso cream cheese frosting, dark chocolate ganache, dark chocolate covered espresso beans…everything made from scratch (except the espresso beans😁).

It’s been awhile since I’ve made this flavor. I had a happy accident with with the ganache…maybe I’ll make it this way from now on. 😁
