It’s pretty bad when the sourdough lady almost runs out of bread! 😆 It was time to make some for our freezer stash. 3 loaves of white and 3 loaves of Everything Bagel baked up today. I always slice our loaves, bag them, and put them in a big zipper bag. I use the big 2 1/2 gallon bags and can fit 3 loaves in them! I use the big bags over and over.
