I’ve been a little quiet this past week, just taking everything in. Last week, most of the world celebrated Easter. But, we celebrated yesterday, the Coptic Orthodox Easter. This season has been quite an adventurous one. Both good and bad, ups and downs. I can say, I am truly thankful for the ultimate sacrifice that was given so I could have the grace to go through good and bad days. I didn’t get to bake a lot this Easter season, so here’s a cake I made last week for American Easter! A lemon cake with lemon buttercream and a homemade raspberry filling! @ The Quite Contrary
