To those of you reading this that stopped by our bagel shop today, we thank you for your kindness, patience, and understanding as our undermanned staff fought to get it done by any means necessary. We couldn’t be prouder of the effort they gave today, without complaint. Three people knocked out 164 orders, 236 breakfast sandwiches and 87 iced drinks and, as a reminder, we short batch the bagels so they’re fresher when they get to you, so they were continually baking off more during the chaos.

We’re terribly sorry for any delays caused but they stood strong in the face of adversity and showed us once again (not that we needed the reminder) that we have the best damn staff we can get

Thanks to all that came in. We appreciate you. See you tomorrow.

We’re looking for an energetic, customer forward individual to join our fast-paced operation. Restaurant experience preferred but not required. This is a part time position, 18-25 hours per week. Morning hours. Hourly pay plus tips with the hourly rate commensurate with experience. Apply within from 8-1 on Tuesday-Sunday. DM with any questions!

It went so well last weekend, we’re running it back again!! The chocolate chip bagels and the coconut cream cheese are back for another weekend!! If you’re graduating this weekend, you still have to pay full price but you’ll feel slightly smarter doing it. Congrats!

Back for a limited time, by popular demand, is the COCONUT CREAM CHEESE!! This time, however, we’ve also brought in a CHOCOLATE CHIP BAGEL!!

While supplies last which is probably just this weekend so come and get it. 7-1 on Saturday and 8-1 on Sunday.

Due to the sheer joy we see when we say yes after being asked if we have gluten free bagels, we have decided to keep them on FULL TIME!

I’d like to take this moment to remind you all that gluten free bagels can’t possibly be as good as our regular fleet of bagels, cuz… you know… gluten. So don’t blame us!

Also, when ordering, be mindful that there’s a 5 minute lag time because we bake them off to order, so please be patient.

Today marks 6 years since this tidy little shop came to the transportation center in Dover, NH. The Bubby’s crew wants to thank each and every one of you that have walked through these doors for making the Bubby’s dream a reality. We’re proud to be Dover’s #1 bagel shop and a trusted entity in the community. Here’s to many, many more years. Cheers to you all!!

You asked for it! Maybe you didn’t, we don’t know. But you got it anyway. For a limited time and quantity, we bring to you…the gluten free bagel!

Now, the bagel prides itself on being gluten full, so if you live a gluten free lifestyle, don’t get mad at us when your gluten free bagel is “missing something”. But we’re happy that you’ll now be able to hang freely with your gluten crazy friends.
