I hold my Greek heritage and the traditions passed on to me from my parents deep in my heart. I'm the woman I am today because of their guidance, devotion and love for family— and maybe more importantly, food. It's why I feel so blessed to be able to share their favorite recipes with my children, friends and now, all of you. There were countless savory dishes, pastries and desserts served at my di

nner table throughout my childhood that no matter how I was feeling, I knew that sitting at that table, I was loved. Sadly, my mom passed away three years ago and my dad followed this past October but I feel privileged to have had them as parents and my desire to share many of the scrumptious desserts that have been a part of my heritage keeps their memories alive. To honor my mom and dad, and my very close family, you will see many of the desserts are named after my loved ones. I know my Mom and Dad are watching me and I feel so honored.
