It's been over a year for me since I stopped baking commercially, after 12 years of in front of the ovens. The past 3 weeks I been doing bit of baking on my days off at home. (L,R T,B) Sourdough Boule, Anadama Sourdough Batards and Dinner Rolls, Sponge w/ 13yo Starter, Honey Oat Sourdough.
