Good morning! All preorders that weren’t picked up yesterday are in the big blue cooler on the front porch!

Also, there are 3 extra maple pecan mini cinis (12.00 each) and 1 bag of English muffins (8.00) in the stand! First come first serve! You can drop cash in the cash box or send Venmo/Cash App!

If you have a preorder for tomorrow and would be able to pick up between 6am to 8am I can set those orders in the stand before I get on the road. If you want to pick up in that time frame instead of waiting until 3:30 please comment on this post with the name that the order was under and I’ll put in the stand before I leave tomorrow.

Please don’t comment if you can’t pick up during that time- with the heat I don’t want product sitting outside after 8 am.

PREORDER PICKUP UPDATE 🤍

We had a death in our family, and the services ended up being sooner than I expected. I’ll need to leave town by 6 AM tomorrow to head to Kentucky to be with my family.

Thankfully, I already had everything prepped and ready to bake before finding out the dates, so I’m working hard today to get every single preorder baked, packaged, and ready for you! 🤎

There are just a couple changes for tomorrow:

You won’t see me and my boys’ faces at pickup — you’ll see my husband’s! 🥹 I’m incredibly thankful for him. He works in Springfield and is leaving work early so he can come home and take care of preorder pickup for me.

He should be home by 3:00, but I’m going to push the pickup start time to 3:30 PM just to give him a little breathing room before everyone starts arriving.

So tomorrow’s preorder pickup will begin at 3:30 PM.

Everything will still be ready and waiting for you — just with a different Mama Bear behind the table. 😅🐻

Thank you all so much for understanding and for giving our family a little grace while we make this last-minute adjustment. It means more than you know. 🤍

A friend/customer sent me this today after missing out on preorders this week. She literally set an alarm for when Mama Bear preorders open next Friday. And I’ve been told by other customers that they’re setting alarms. 🥹

A year and a half ago, I remember getting 5–7 preorders and being SO excited.

Now my preorders are selling out and people are setting alarms so they don’t miss the next one.

That is just crazy to me.

Sometimes I get so caught up in the prepping and baking, and trying to get everything done that I forget to stop and look at how far this little bakery has come.

This picture made me look.

I was thankful for those 5–7 orders then.
I’m thankful for the sold-out weeks now.

And I hope I never get so used to any of this that I stop being amazed that you guys continue to choose Mama Bear Bakery.

** I had a customer who needed to cancel their preorder for next week… so a few things opened back up if you wanted to preorder and missed out yesterday!
