I remembered this time to actually take pictures of my sourdough buns. So here are before/after and then a plated version half eaten cause I was hungry and they were yummy!

It’s not sourdough but my good friend Bethanne passed on a carrot cake recipe too me and I made it today and it was amazing. My decorating was done fast so not the greatest but flavor was great.

Finally got a great sandwich loaf. This bad boy made 21 thick slices and then of course some much needed bagels for my family.
And a little late post but I made a sourdough bread/crumble top for our peach cobbler for Fourth of July that turned out amazing.
