There’s just something magical about rolling out dough, sprinkling it with cinnamon and sugar, and watching it transform into warm, gooey cinnamon rolls!

Cinnamon rolls have become one of my most-loved items at the farmers market, and for good reason! I offer a variety of flavors, including classic original, rich Biscoff Cookie Butter, and the crowd favorite, Peach Cobbler.🍑

Baking is truly a form of therapy for me—it fills me with joy and a sense of calm. It’s a reminder to find what brings you peace and happiness, something to savor in the present and carry with you in the days to come. I encourage you to find that little piece of joy for yourself today and to find the time for something you love.❤️

Our Seasonal Mini Cake Tins are like having your own personal slice of cake, but with a spooky twist! 🍰🕸️ These fun-sized treats are decked out in Halloween-themed designs—complete with creepy crawlers, mummies, and ghosts. Whether you’re craving something sweet or just love a playful dessert, these mini tins will satisfy your sweet tooth in a fun way!

I’ll have these available tonight at the Fall Festival at Texas A&M Central Texas from 6–9 PM, along with plenty of other goodies. Stop by and grab one while you enjoy all the fun and games!

Growing up, I always loved baking brownies for friends and family. What started as a simple recipe has transformed over the years into something much more decadent! These brownies are rich, fudgy, and topped with the perfect crackly layer—truly a chocolate lover's dream. 😋

I’m so excited to share this new seasonal treat with you! Inspired by the cozy vibes of fall, these Pumpkin Streusel Cookies are packed with warm spices, topped with a buttery streusel, and drizzled with a sweet cream cheese frosting. 🍪

Pumpkin is such a popular fall flavor, and I love creating desserts that I know people will enjoy. This recipe was inspired by my desire to make something on brand for the season—something that feels like fall in every bite! 🍂

Hello, everyone! It’s been a while, but I’m excited to say — I’m back!

The past few months since my relaunch as THE DESSERT STUDIO have been an absolute whirlwind. Between decorating cakes, working on custom designs, and handling all the behind-the-scenes magic, it’s been non-stop. I haven’t had much time to pop onto social media, but I’ve been pouring my heart into bringing your sweet creations to life.

Life has its challenges, but if there’s one thing this journey has taught me, it’s the importance of pushing through and persevering to chase your dreams. There have been late nights, unexpected obstacles, and moments of doubt, but every cake I create and every client I serve reminds me why I started this journey in the first place.

This cake project holds a profound significance in the journey of The Dessert Studio, tracing back to my days at pastry school in Chicago. The roots of this story dig deep into the final projects we undertook, where the pinnacle was crafting a faux wedding cake – a process that involved the devoted application of the skills we acquired. The theme that resonated with me was “The Perfect Pear”.

As the program concluded, we were granted the privilege to take our projects home. Little did I know that this wedding cake would become a cherished artifact, marking a full circle moment in the evolution of The Dessert Studio.

During the creative process of The Dessert Studio, I envisioned a specific color scheme that resonated with me – shades of purple intertwined with hues of green. Fast forward to the present, amidst countless photoshoots for the brand, bringing this cake from storage felt like a reunion. The realization struck me – the same colors from this project years ago would become the palette for The Dessert Studio!

Reflecting on my time at pastry school, I recognize it as a pivotal chapter in my career. Seeing these elements tied together is a testament to the incredible journey thus far. This story is shared not just to reminisce but to inspire you. It speaks to the beauty of unexpected connections and the sweet symphony that life weaves when we follow our passions.
