When you have a couple days off from work ya make lots of puff pastry. The laminating process alone by hand takes over 5 hours. Fun fact: puff pastry is 45-50 percent butter. There's over 1000g of butter. No wonder it's so good. Lol.

It's been a while since our last post. Great success at the Easter Hunt this morning. We'll be starting Salado Farmers Market April 20th. We will be there 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month. Hopefully the weather will be more forgiving to my pastries and I'll be able to be there throughout the whole summer. Lol. See you soon.
