We are shifting focus for now but will be coming back to candles and other home decor!

Something I have always wanted to do is bake my and make my own food and recipes from scratch. Over the years of being a wife and a mother cooking seems like a full time job when it comes to what to get and dinner prepping, coming up with ideas that are healthy but also fun for the whole family! About 6 years ago I developed a chronic illness called POTS and with that came an illness called Gastroparesis. Through the years it has been a up and down struggle of finding good food that will process with my stomach and be able to eat without getting sick. After realizing if I come back to simple eating and do what I love which is creating I might can find a way to help my illness and my family. Now I am excited to share with y’all some delicious sourdough treats and sourdough recipes!

This month is just a small start of what Is to come but I’m truly excited to see where this goes!! Thank y’all for the support and love 💕
