The MOST delectable new pastry - introducing our maple emmer twist! 20% emmer croissant dough (layered with French Elle&Vire butter) with a light maple sugar glaze and subtle maple pecan topping. It’s incredible! We have this many today, and it will be a regular feature on our menu. For those curious, emmer is an ancient grain, with a nutty, complex flavor, and brings a subtle complexity to this pastry!

TWO new items this weekend - polish crumb cake - with apple butter, sweet cheese, apple c***r reduction and streusel (it’s so dang good) that are available today! Additionally, we have a new maple emmer twist - special emmer croissant dough, baked with maple sugar, lightly dipped in a maple glaze (no fake maple, ofc) and finished with a maple pecan topping. The twists debut tomorrow (Saturday the 3rd) and both will be around for the season!
