This season’s haul of gorgeous sungold tomatoes from Mark - about to be slowly confited for the next few hours. We will be using them whole in a number of special items in the coming months, as well as using their precious aromatic confit oil to bring umami and summery flavors to the leaner seasons ahead.

Branstool Orchards peach galettes are LIVE! We were super fortunate to score some of their extremely limited peach crop (They lost 95% or more during the hard freeze) and we are making limited amounts of these special beauties! Flaky pie crust encases these juicy jewels of summer - topped with crunchy, lightly spiced streusel. They will only be around for a very limited window. Don’t sleep!

Immaculate trio of some of the best sandwiches in town! Incredible turkey bacon avocado (with Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, zesty rosemary aioli, Nueskes bacon), all day steak with deeply caramelized onions, spicy steak sauce, and provolone, and our Italian, with a quartet of house-sliced Fra’ Mani meats, mama lil’s, pickled tomatoes, and pesto.
