Did my first wedding treat order yesterday! I made Biscoff Shooters, Strawberry shortcake shooters(I forgot to photograph🫠), chocolate chip cookie bites with American Buttercream, chocolate covered Rice Krispie treats and Mini Cheesecake bites. The wedding was at the statehouse downtown and was beautiful. 👰🏼‍♀️🤵🏼💍

Other cookies were baked by the bride’s grandmother.

Obsessed is an understatement! I asked for a rectangle darker wood board for cake and cookie pictures and my friend Jim Allen came through. He added a slanted edge so the Palmtini Cakes would stand out in the pictures! Thank you so much!!

Can you believe these colors are dye free? I tired a new brand of dye free coloring and honesty checked the bottle multiple times because I could not believe the vibrant colors it gave. A cute graduation set for a Coffman graduate heading to OSU.

This cake is extra special! One of my coworkers from my day job’s house burnt down on their son’s 4th birthday a week ago. Luckily everyone made it out safely but the house was a complete loss. I couldn’t let this little boy turn 4 without a proper cake to help ease all this family had endured. Seeing his face today when he saw the cake made me really remember why I love making special treats for people’s special occasions!
