We loved the pull aparts, but we were ready for something different! Inspired by my love for Apple c***r donuts, we introduce to you the apple c***r pinwheel! Croissant is filled with apple butter, tossed in cinnamon sugar, and drizzled with a salted apple c***r caramel. The perfect little bite of fall, and only available Friday-Sunday. Only a couple more days of our spicy prosciutto e melone before we swap over to a new cold weather savory item this weekend!

I’m so happy I was able to put this croissant on the menu, even for just a short period of time. I had been thinking about it for so so long. I’m delighted it finally made it out of my brain and on to the counter, and I hope you all enjoyed it!

We have officially entered spooky season, and I’ve partnered with my old friend Taylor Hicks to bring you some fun merch for a good cause!

For those of you that don’t know (honestly, most of you), before we were Three Bites, we were going to be Sweet Goblin. While I decided against it, this little idea has always remained in the back of my mind. A little tattooed goblin girl surrounded by pastries, being a menace to all those around her. Taylor really took it, and ran with it. Lots of little Easter eggs, like a call back to part of my original logo, and little things in her tattoos. I am so overjoyed to finally have something with my little goblin girl on it, and I’ll cherish it forever 😭

These shirts will be available both in long and short sleeve options, and two different color ways. With everything going on around us, we wanted all the proceeds from these shirts to go to something meaningful. So, we will be sending all profits to The Haitian Support Center. Available for pickup at the shop, or shipment! Store will close on 10/12.

For size reference, I am 5’2” and am wearing a small. ✨

Coffee cake slices may no longer be available, but these coffee cake knots might be even better!

We are always looking for ways to reduce waste in the kitchen, if we can. So what do we do now with all the croissant dough that gets trimmed during the lamination process? We came up with this little guy! Filled with a brown sugar and cinnamon filling, knotted up, and topped with coffee cake crumble, it’s the perfect way to start your morning. Pair it with any coffee from Little Cat, and your day is made ✨
