So excited that “Egg My Yard” is back for a 2nd year!! We had much success last year so we decided to bring it back 😀
What is this you might ask? Let me explain.
On the Saturday night before Easter Sunday my bunnies and I visit your yard to drop candy filled eggs for your kiddos to hunt in the morning. We know that most families are busy and have a hectic schedule so we want to help 😀
We do all the shopping, filling and dropping the eggs for you so you can spend more family time. We have “add-ons” for a personalized sugar cookie and a snack that is included with a plastic basket…WHAT?!?

Wanna make something sweet at home? Try these!
Peanut butter blossoms are easy-peasy lemon squeezy and will definitely get you another invite to Christmas dinner next year.
Here's what ya do:
In one mixing bowl, you are gunna throw in all the ingredients. No mixing and then adding more stuff and mixing again. Just dump it all in one bowl and you'll mix one time- it doesn't get easier than this!
Ingredients:
1/2 a cup of shortening
1/2 cup of peanut butter (creamy is best)
1/2 cup of firmly packed brown sugar (light or dark works)
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1 egg
2 Tablespoons of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 3/4 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
You'll also need some candy kisses that are unwrapped and ready to go for when your cookies come out of the oven.
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together until your dough starts coming together (meaning no loose crumbs).
Once that is done, take out a little piece of dough and roll it in the palm of your hand to form a circle. Smaller is better because these puppies will grow in the oven!
This next step you can skip, but I like to roll the dough balls in granulated sugar just to coat them because more sugar is always better.
Evenly space them on your tray (you can place them right on the tray itself- no parchment if you don't wanna).
Put them in the oven 1 tray at a time at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes. I like them not browned so keep an eye on them and pull them out when they are looking nice and fluffy.
As soon as they come out of the oven, place a candy kiss right in the center. Make sure you give it a little push into the dough so it doesn't fall out when it cools!
Let them cool a bit and then put them either on parchment paper or a plate to cool the rest of the way and prevent them from sticking to your baking sheet.
And there you have it- dessert in less than 30 minutes!
