Made something quite similar to the viral mousse desserts, but instead of doing a normal mousse
I decided to elevate it and make it more of a cheesecake mousse with a slice of cake and raspberry filling, and I have to say absolutely divine

Happy 23rd birthday to my amazing daughter!

Well, this one was personal. I made it just for my daughter for her 23rd birthday definitely a lot of work doing the vintage style cakes. A lot of piping a lot of frosting but totally worth it.

This spinach pesto, garlic, focaccia bread, topped with cheese, chicken, tomatoes, more garlic, and pickled onions is a real crowd pleaser

You can’t tell from the picture, but this cake was huge about 40 pounds. The bottom was 11 inches round 6 1/2 inches tall marble with buttercream frosting. The top was 8 inches round 6 1/2 inches tall vanilla cake with strawberry filling. It was a beast, lol
