Well, today one of my biggest cookie class nightmares came true. 🫣😂

I’ve been teaching cookie classes for a little over a year now, and today I made my first BIG mistake. Somehow, despite all the planning, prepping, and double checking, I managed to forget an ENTIRE color of icing for everyone!

I was absolutely mortified. I stepped out for a minute, had myself a little cry, pulled myself together, and then we got to work! 😂

But I seriously could not have asked for a sweeter group of people. Everyone was so incredibly kind, patient, and understanding, and I can’t even begin to explain how much that meant to me. 🥹❤️

Even with our little icing mishap, we still had SO much fun, and everyone did AMAZING with their cookies!!

Thank you all for being so wonderful and reminding me that even when things don’t go exactly as planned, we can still make the best of it. I’m so grateful for every single person who came out today!

And you can bet I’ll be triple checking my icing colors from now on. 😂💕

🎃 Only ONE week until my Halloween popup!!

I’ve been working on so many fun treats for this year and I’m so excited to share them with you all!

I’ll have decorated sugar cookies, macarons, assorted cookie boxes, and lots of other Halloween goodies! 👻

🖤 Saturday, October 24th
⏰ 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM

I hope you all can stop by and grab some treats! I’ll be sharing some sneak peeks throughout the week, so keep an eye out! 🕸️

🍂 November Cookie Class?! 🍪

I’ve had quite a few people reaching out asking if I’ll be hosting a cookie decorating class in November, so I figured I’d see how much interest there is!

I would need at least 10 people interested to make the class happen, so let me know if you’d want to join!

I’m looking at two possible dates:

🍁 Sunday, November 15th

🍁 Sunday, November 22nd

Which date works better for you? Or would either one work?

Comment below so I can get an idea of interest! I’d love to squeeze in one more class before all the Christmas festivities begin! 🤎

⚰️🎃 The coffin boxes are finally here!!

I’ve been so excited to put these together, and I love how they turned out! 🖤 Each box comes with 12 cookies in a variety of flavors.

👻 2 Decorated Sugar Cookies (Vanilla Almond & Chocolate)

💚 2 Macarons (Cookies and Cream & Caramel Apple)

🎃 2 Kitchen Sink Cookies (contains peanut butter)

👻 2 Ghost Meringues

💜 2 Halloween Pinwheel Sugar Cookies

🕸️ 2 London Fog Cookies

Whether you’re sharing or keeping the whole box for yourself (no judgment here 🤭), there’s a little something for everyone! Cookies will come bagged with coffin box to help preserve freshness.

From sketch to cookies! 🎨🍪💕

One thing I’m SO excited to start doing is digital cookie mockups using Procreate!

This sweet family absolutely loved their original mockup but decided they wanted to make a little change to the “A” before I brought their cookies to life!

And that’s one of my favorite things about this new process! Being able to visualize a design, make adjustments, and see everything come together before I even pick up an icing bag! 🥹

It’s been so much fun adding another creative step to my cookie decorating process, and I can’t wait to bring more of your ideas to life!

A little bakery update! 🍪🧡

The rest of October is shaping up to be an incredibly busy month here at Sages’ Sweet Indulgence! I’m so gratful for all the love and support, but that also means I’m a little behind on messages. I’ll be spending this evening and Monday catching up on everyone’s inquiries so thank you for your patience! 🫶

A few things to note as we head into the rest of the month:

🧙‍♀️ Hocus Pocus Cookie Class is officially FULL! I can’t wait to decorate with everyone!

🎃 Halloween Popup is right around the corner! Mark your calendars for October 24th from 10:30–1:30! There’s still time to snag personalized Halloween cookies, and I’ve just added Halloween macaron boxes.

📅 October is completely booked for custom orders, and November is VERY close to being full! If you’re hoping to get on my November calendar, please reach out soon!

It’s going to be a busy few weeks filled with lots of baking, decorating, and probably way too much coffee! ☕️

Thank you all for keeping my little bakery so busy. I truly couldn’t do this without you! 🧡
