Bonjour Colorado Springs! Anne and me are playing a fun game today! We are touring as many French bakeries as time allows around Denver. My goal is to beat Anne at each location on my e-bike, while she drives to the different bakeries. If she hits traffic, I have my chances! Otherwise, I am going to have to pedal pretty fast, especially when I’ll have to go from Denver to Lafayette! Follow us along the way today. We will post photos in comments as we hit our stops.

We are starting in Parker, from Poulette Bakeshop. They recently opened a new location and we had not seen it yet. We are always impressed at their Instagram photos. Every week, they offer specials that are all as beautiful as the ones from the previous week, so if you like gorgeous desserts and pastries, if you like to try new things, this is a great place to visit.
