I sell Italian sourdough boules, starter kits & curated gifting. It's a hobby I picked up while living in Italy. Our three years in bella Italia just happened to coincide with the worldwide pandemic (circa 2020). I make sourdough most days. This passion of mine has turned a hobby into my very own micro-bakery & piccolo business. It hardly feels like work when I get to do something I absolutely love. Sheryle

Nothing says “Halloween in Colorado” like deer eating the jack-o’-lantern right off our front porch…at 3am 🦌

In other news, I served up my pumpkin shaped OG sourdough with a baked goat cheese dip.
Whip up goat cheese, fresh rosemary and olive oil
Bake for 12-15 mins at 400F
Top with more rosemary and drizzle with honey
