Hi Friends! I have missed seeing all of your warm beautiful smiles for the past couple of weeks! A couple of weeks ago, I announced that we would be temporarily closed. There were a lot of questions, so here goes…
After a lot of thinking, I’ve decided to step away from D’Lish. This place has challenged and grown me in so many ways. This decision is very bittersweet for me. I’ve adored meeting every one of you! Serving you and our community is why I started D’lish. Please keep reading:)
Now for the exciting part!!! Most of you have met Rachel, who has worked beside me for the last 10 months. Rachel and her husband, Nick, have always wanted a coffee stand. This was the perfect opportunity for them as well as for me!
Please welcome and support them as you did me, while she rebrands and reopens it as Pine to Peak Espresso]. Rachel will continue to serve local coffee from Spanish Peaks, as well as many of the drinks you have come to love.
As for me, please stay tuned to see what my next chapter brings!
I’ll announce upcoming changes and a new account name replacing D’lish as we get closer to our next venture!
I cannot thank you all enough for your patronage and support! I’ve met so many wonderful people that I consider friends, and will miss seeing your beautiful faces everyday! It’s been an amazing couple of years! Bye for now!
