The Sweeterie - exceptional cupcakes & cookies - The Sweeterie bakes delicious tasting and beautifully decorated cupcakes & cookies. We bake the best cupcakes & cookies you'll find in Cincinnati.

Everything we bake is made from scratch, using the finest ingredients available, and decorated with an unyielding quest for perfection. The Sweeterie is located near the Starbucks in the Mariemont Strand shopping center (next to the Mariemont Inn Hotel), and directly above the Dilly Cafe restaurant.

I can't believe it's been 1 month since my dear Mother went to heaven 🙏. But, just as King David told the Lord that he would tell of God's Power and Goodness in the assembly, I also told Him that I would tell a story of His Miraculous Deeds!

After being in the hospital for 1 week the drs. said that the antibiotics weren't working and that my mother would pass away soon and should go to hospice. Their words were that the only thing that could help would be "a miracle". They said it would be different if she were awake and responding and if her white blood cell cnt numbers were down, but that was not the case. So that night in her hosp room (knowing where to go for "a miracle") I prayed as I had never prayed before. I told the Lord that I knew He would help me accept whatever His will was, but that I also knew that He was capable of absolutely anything and that He had the final say over any healer on earth. I asked Him if He would be willing to grant the petition of his lowly servant - and allow my mother to recover, granting me more time with her. I thanked Him profusely for the many years He had already given me with her, assigning me the honor of caring for her. I told Him that if it was His will for her to recover I would tell everyone of His power and stupendous capability to do anything!

The next morning Ken and were stunned as low and behold she woke up! Little by little, she started coming back to life!! She was looking around, focusing, talking, eating and drinking - even coffee! I was on my knees in utter awe of His Grace and Power that was on display right before our very eyes!! When the dr. came in I said to him "look at the power of the Lord"!! He admitted being surprised by her improvement and said also that her wht blood cell cnt was back in the normal range!! Although 1 week later she ultimately passed away, we had that joyous time to shower her with love and take 1 last video. Although I miss her terribly I will be forever grateful and in utter awe over the Miraculous Gift He gave us with her as well as the gift of witnessing first-hand His Magnificent Presence and Authority! https://tinyurl.com/y2espk5h
