Delectables by Chef Don

Delectables by Chef Don Feather-weight croissants, hefty cinnamon rolls, scrumptious scones and the best breads and cookies.

After traveling the world in my food service career, I retired from corporate operations and happily settled in Aggieland, Texas. I’m a trained pastry chef, now selling what I can make in my home kitchen under the Texas Cottage Food Law. You’ll find me at The Farmers Market in Brazos County on most Saturday mornings, presenting a variety of uniquely good breads and pastries just for you.

A reminder--when you see me next at The Farmers Market in Brazos County it will be April 18, in keeping with my new schedule to set up on first and third Saturdays. I'm calling it semi semi-retirement. Of course, no matter which Saturday, the market always has plenty to tempt you!

Rain or shine, if I'm upright I'll be there. Join us! You'll find my April 4th menu in the comments.

How do you spell hiatus? TROUBADOUR! https://troubadourfestival.com/bryan-home/

I'll see you again on April 4th and then again on April 18th to kick off my new schedule of first and third Saturdays at The Farmers Market in Brazos County in Bryan's MidTown Park. It's my new approach to baking in semiretirement: half as many Saturdays but just as much satisfaction whenever you buy a "Delectable by Chef Don."
