The May pie of the month is Bourbon Peach!

Fresh peaches soaked in bourbon then simmered in butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Tucked into a flaky crust and baked until golden brown. Perfect with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
