A little update!

Originally I had plans to offer bread for next week but I've decided to take an extra week off after a busy few months. Next bake day will be 10/22!

I'm hoping to try out some new ideas and also bake some items I offered last fall that I haven't made in a while. Picture below is my pumpkin loaf from last year with the addition of dark chocolate chips 😊. Stay tuned!

How is it already time to say goodbye to another market season?

For 35 seasons, the Greendale Downtown Market has been more than a Saturday morning stop. It’s been a place to run into familiar faces, discover a new favorite vendor, pick up fresh produce, enjoy live music, bring the kids, meet up with friends, and simply be part of our community.

As we head into our final market of the 2026 season, we’re feeling especially grateful. So come spend one more Saturday morning with us. Fill your bags, grab your favorites, say hello to the vendors you’ve gotten to know, and enjoy one last market day before we close out the season.

You guys shocked me with how fast scones and pizza crusts went. I'll be making more scones for next week! Orders for next Friday's pickup go live soon.

2 more markets to go! Find me at the Greendale Downtown Market tomorrow. Pumpkin scones will be making their appearance 😁.

Well the rain didn't last long for the market today. I just want to say I'm super thankful for everyone that grabbed bread this week! I was a little worried I was going to have a lot of leftover bread with the weather.

I didn't sell out but I only came home with 3 loaves. I was happy to have a honey oat loaf leftover and used it for lunch today 😋. I also grabbed some delicious watermelon from Lemke Family Farm. Hopefully next week's market will be much sunnier!

Extras for today! I'm offering up some extras in case the market gets rained out tomorrow 😬. Carside to go pickup from 3-6pm today in Brookfield.

For my honey oat lovers, I've got honey oat added for this week 😊. I'm trying some sunflower microgreens for the first time this week and they just went under the lights today. I'm ready for baking! Orders for next Friday's pickup will open this afternoon. I'll also be at the Greendale Downtown Market on Saturday. No market/pickup for the following week. My oldest kiddo has a birthday 🥳.

I do plan to have pizza crusts and hopefully lavender lemon scones but those will only be available at the market. We start school next week and I just want to make sure I have enough time to let everything cool that's on the menu before pickup. Hi everyone,

I unfortunately due to myself and kids being sick could not open orders for Friday's pickup and won't be at the market on Saturday. I do plan to have a pickup 9/4 and will be at the market on 9/5. I'm sorry 😞 but I'm looking forward to seeing lots of you again soon!
