I'm ready for baking! Orders for next Friday's pickup will open this afternoon. I'll also be at the Greendale Downtown Market on Saturday. No market/pickup for the following week. My oldest kiddo has a birthday 🥳.

I do plan to have pizza crusts and hopefully lavender lemon scones but those will only be available at the market. We start school next week and I just want to make sure I have enough time to let everything cool that's on the menu before pickup. Hi everyone,

I unfortunately due to myself and kids being sick could not open orders for Friday's pickup and won't be at the market on Saturday. I do plan to have a pickup 9/4 and will be at the market on 9/5. I'm sorry 😞 but I'm looking forward to seeing lots of you again soon!

Can you believe it's officially been 2 years since I first started baking for this community? I never would have imagined it would turn into what it is today. Thank you to everyone for your support!

Good Morning!

I opened up orders this morning for a pickup again on Friday in Brookfield. I'm already sold out of a few things. I know I've been selling out a bit faster than usual and I'm sorry if you're not always able to grab something. But I do bring more to the market and you can find me at the Greendale Downtown Market again on Saturday!

The soft sandwich bread is getting a lot of love lately, so I've ordered more pans to make more. If they come in time I may have some extras available for Friday's pickup. You can view my full menu below or sign up for notifications on when I open up orders ☺️. Thanks!

What a week! Thanks to everyone that came out to the market. I left with just a couple sweets and some greens that our family will gladly enjoy.

This week had me a bit on edge and a little bit of an emotional mess by the end of the week 😆. The power went out for an extended period of time last weekend while out of town which left my sourdough starter very hungry. Then the bakery area was getting too hot for my liking, an AC got ordered but I didn't have it in time for dough day. The cherry on top was my fridge that decided to not drop in temperature after I had finished filling it with dough. My super smart husband worked some magic and recalibrated something before all my dough overproofed. In the end it all worked out but I'm ready to relax this evening!

I'll be offering a small pickup for Friday and then will be at the market again on Saturday. Soft sandwich bread is available this week in limited quantities! Full menu can be found below.
