Friendly reminder that sourdough freezes really well!

I slice any leftovers, toss them in the freezer, (with parchment in between for easy removal) and pull out a piece whenever I want some. Straight into the toaster and it’s good to go.

It also heats up well on a sheet pan in the oven. Smother with some butter and add garlic and you have a quick and easy garlic bread! 😋
