hey there,
was busy in the kitchen again today...

This time---ECLAIR DONUTS---
I have to just say that these turned out perfectly...some are dipped in cinnamon sugar & some are dipped in chocolate
AND they were delicious even before I stuffed them with a cream cheese filling

adding these to the menu at ONE SMART COOKIE....will be trying variations of fillings !!!

I decided on cinnamon rolls.... oh my goodness... these turned out so good... I made some regular sized and Jumbo size.....yes that is a dinner plate.....
I have to come up with a special name for the Jumbos.... if you can think of a clever name let me know
I'll be adding these to the menu
