So I was experimenting with the beer, and used one of my husbands bud lights with some cheddar cheese. It came out so good! So light and airy.

On the other hand, my gluten free sourdough experiments are so hard and dense lol. I’m going give the gluten-free one more try and after that, I’m gonna consider it a fail… Those who want gluten free, does it have to not include yeast? Does it have to be sourdough? There was one sourdough recipe that included both the gluten free starter and yeast.

*Cranberry & Pepperjack (my husbands pick)
*Gouda, Caramelized Onion & Lager (replaced the water with a light beer)
-Half loaves and regular loaves available in all 3
-Order ahead if there’s one you want me to set aside for you!
*Bagels- Blueberry, Asiago, Jalapeno Cheddar- 4 Pack
*Maple Cinnamon Rolls- 4 pack and Individual
*Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Cookies
*Almond Biscotti
*Pepperoni Rolls

Also my mom will have Homemade Strawberry 🍓 and Raspberry Jam available in 8oz jars. Perfect for bagels and toast!

All large bread is 2.00 off today and 1.00 off Mini Loaves.

Made 22 to donate, just need to bake them today. Also, the first person who stopped today donated an extra one which was very nice of her!

Bread to Donate: 22 Loaves Sunday

All loaves baked and delivered to someone who will take them to the st. Vincent de Paul food pantry this week for me since I work when they’re open. Thank you to everyone who stopped this weekend and especially those who donated loaves!

I was trying to come up with something and I think for the next month, starting this weekend , each loaf of bread I sell, I will donate a loaf to the St. Vincent de Paul food pantry on Tuesdays. I’ll keep a running total on a pinned post at the top of my page each weekend and give them to my mom‘s boyfriend who goes there on Tuesdays to volunteer. Everyone who has stopped by has been so nice and said so many nice things I feel like I need to do something nice in return! So I will keep everyone posted🙂
