The traveling cheesecakes made it safely to Texas well in time for the celebration. As usual, they were both a big hit. Even the server at the restaurant got to sample the Banana Foster. A first time customer was very impressed with the moistness and flavor of the Turtle and will be a repeat customer. Still hoping there will be a food delivery service that will take up the job of cheesecake transport to Texas? 😁 Thank you, Tracy for helping make another celebration delicious!

We had to start off the new year right with a Carnival “Mardi Gras” cheesecake. I really like King Cake flavor, but not the dry “cake” part of it. This is a PERFECT replacement as it has the same flavor WITHOUT the dry “choke-choke-need milk!!!” Tracy was extremely gracious and accommodating with my short notice request. She had everything done perfectly by pick up time. My previous “non-cheesecake liking” son now has 2 flavors he loves, Bananas Foster and Carnival. The only thing I wish that Tres Bien Cheesecakes had is local delivery to Texas. 😄 Until that dream comes true, this faithful customer will make the drive. Keep the flavors coming!!!
Tiramisu Cheesecake is a delight to the tastebuds !
The mixture of ingredients sweet smooth & creamy with a slight tang !
Definitely not what I was expecting, but again the master cheesecake maker has blown it away !
This is one I'd recommend for immediately after dinner !
