The Blue Forager is bringing more mushroom and more attitude this Saturday. Oyster mushrooms, English blue cheese and sun-dried tomato.

The beautiful oyster mushrooms come from Chris & Camille’s Family Farm and Jordan Gros —the local growers behind the earthy flavor at the heart of this loaf. This week, we’re giving their mushrooms more of the spotlight.
