Excited to finally check out The Block BR this morning! @walkerhiggins and @brewhahabr have created a beautiful, inviting, and functional gym in the heart of Mid City and I can't wait to try a workout there! Walker will soon be offering metabolic/CO2 max testing as well to really help you dial in your training. And I rowed 500 m in under 2:15 to earn a towel! The kiddos burned some energy sharing an assault bike for 3 miles. And happy anniversary to Brew Ha-Ha Inc !! Thanks for the amazing cake balls!
