End of Year Thank You Teacher Cookies! Order some sugar cookies for the last day of school to say thank you to your child's teachers.

Yes I did make Light Side and Dark Side cookies. Tomorrow is a big day.

Light Side is a vanilla bean dough infused with orange zest, stuffed with fluffernutter and covered with white chocolate chips and peanut butter chips. There are even some GREEN peanut butter M&Ms throughout the dough!

Dark Side is a black cocoa dough infused with strawberries, stuffed with cookie butter fudge, and strewn with dark chocolate chunks and red M&Ms, rolled in strawberry powdered sugar and baked to perfection.

This was my first iteration of them, so they aren’t perfect yet, but they are delicious.
