In between balancing all the different hats a solopreneur wears, this week I am working on corporate client orders, an order that will make it to a local parish fair and sweets for a wedding rehearsal.

Inspiration knows no bounds. Working with themes for an event or party is one of my favorite things, especially when it’s a Disney-themed party! This two layer, custom cookie cake highlighted a Toy Story-themed birthday party for a sweet 4-year-old.

I love helping my customers achieve their dream design. This customer wanted a very special cookie cake for a 26th birthday celebration. She provided a photo and asked me to replicate it as best I could. It’s the smallest details that mean the most. Everything on the cake, except the stems of the strawberries, was edible.

In addition to offering my homemade pies, pie bars and specialty items, the one thing that keeps my creative juices flowing are my custom cookie cakes. What design can I bring to life for you?
