Who is behind #Bejolliecookies?

For those of you who don't know me, my name is Jessica, the "J" in Be Jollie Cookies. I work during the day as a surgical assistant. Usually M-W are 9-10 hour days, Thursday and Friday I get the rest of my 40 hours in and sometimes more! I have 2 boys, Oliver (7)and Beckett(4), and my husband, Roger, is a year round soccer coach and teacher! I love making cookies because it makes people happy and I enjoy the creativity time! I also play on a tennis league and coach my son's baseball team!
You may think, when do you have time for cookies?! Well it's, my night job! Once I get the kids to bed is when I start! So that's why I get booked up quickly sometimes. I can only fit a few orders in to my schedule each week. But I love what I do and will continue to do as many as my free time allows me! Thank you to everyone who has ordered from me in the last 6 1/2 years!

Orders for Christmas are closing tonight at 9.

I'd also like to announce that beginning in January I will start taking orders again, but I am only taking 4 orders a month so if you have an event you want cookies for let me know as soon as you know they month. I wish I could do more, but my full time job plus being a mom to two active kids keeps me busy!

Dear friends, family, customers,and followers, it is with a heavy heart that I write this post today. I will be taking the rest of the year off from doing custom cookie orders. With the hours of my full time job and having 2 small children, doing cookies is my "night job", and this "night job" has made me sleep deprived. I've known that I don't sleep enough, but when a doctor straight up tells you that you're sleep deprived it hits a little different.
I do however plan to do a limited amount of back to school, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and football cookies in the coming months. And of course my decorate your own cookie kits for Christmas!
Thank you all for your love in support for the last 6 years! Hopefully come the new year I will had enough time to reevaluate and get myself healthy again so I can start taking orders again. In the meantime if you need decorated cookies check out Misty Martin with mistycookieculture. She is my coworker and is the one who got me started doing cookies!

I have unfortunately have had to turn alot of people down lately due to being booked up and last minute orders. I appreciate you all so much and I'm happy you enjoy my cookies so much! I will try to start posting calenders to show my availability.
As some of you know I have a full time job, 2 young children, and have had some recent health issues that shook me up a little. With that being said I am somewhat limiting the amount of orders/cookies I can do each week. If you have an event coming up please contact me early so I can get you on the calendar!
