At one point I was able to help her with her diet and it worked really well. However, some old habits don’t die...and she gave up on trying. In September of 2018, she tragically passed away. In my heart, I have always felt that if she had been in better health, none of it would’ve happened. I have always committed myself to staying healthy, but since then, the motivation is even stronger. This company is a tribute to my beautiful mother; to help people understand that you can actually have your cake and eat it too; that you can still enjoy your favorite treats! My mother was gluten-free to begin with, but I’ve taken this to a higher level. Everything is completely grain-free. It is also sugar-free and low-carb. This kind of lifestyle has helped me tremendously not only in terms of weight, but in other health aspects as well. I have lots of energy, no more knee pains, better mental clarity, better concentration, zero mood swings...the list can go on. (Side note: Years ago my brother was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, and the doctor advised him to cut out carbs and sugar. He did it, and beat it, and has been cancer free ever since.) I am passionate about what I do and what I put out there. In whatever eating lifestyle you are in (paleo, keto, low-carb, diabetic...) I’m here for you!
