Oh my! How cute is my little “niece”? She celebrated Minnie style and dressed the part. What a doll! Happy 3rd Birthday, Francesca! We love you! I made the cookies and her talented aunt (her real aunt-lol) made the cake!

I just love this kid/man! So, the baker’s son turned 21 yesterday and his baker, aka bonus-mom, aka me, did not have her s*%t together! So, he got this not very nice looking cake with what I thought was a “Happy Birthday” banner but in fact was a “Happy EASTER” banner today, ie a day late. It was, however, a damn delicious carrot cake, just as requested by him! Thankfully, he’s a great young man and was appreciative of it. We all got a good laugh out of it. And…with that, Mama Mimi’s Sweets has finished her 2023 baking duties! So, Happy Easter everyone! 🤣

Grace is 8 and she thought a pup would be great! I’m so excited that Grace’s wish is coming true and adorable pup, named “Nala” will be joining her family soon! Happy Birthday, sweetheart! You’re in for so much fun in the next year!

UPDATE: I’ve advance to the next round. I made it to the Top 10 in my group. I’m currently in 6th place in my group and only the top 5 in my group make it to the next round! I’m going to really count on you all get me into the Top 5 of my group. Thanks so much! 12/28 is the next round of cuts!

Taylor Swift’s Chai cookie recipe kicked up a notch with Skrewball Whiskey Eggnog whiskey and Rockerbox Spice Co. Chai spice from my Delicious Food Delivered advent calendar! They are some of the best cookies I have had in a long time. The whiskey and chai spice was literally the icing on the cookie!
