Brenda has been making cakes since 2001, starting out primarily focusing on birthday cakes, however, because of her love of art and "creating works of art from scratch", she has broadened her creations to include all manner of themed cakes. While taking classes to perfect her talent, she has been actively involved in making some of the most interesting themed cakes available. In her own words, "I
am interested in making cakes, not only for my business but because I thoroughly enjoy the art of cake decorating." Her specialty is taking your idea and making a work of art out of it in the cake she produces. She is excited about working with anyone and for all occasions, designs, themes and cake flavors. Brenda currently holds an AS Degree in Business from Empire State College and is working towards her BS Degree at this time. ABOUT MY CAKES
All the cakes made by BB's Cake Magic are made from scratch: cakes, frostings, fondant and gum paste. While I try to make everything edible, there are times, because of the construction of the cake, when I may have to use plastic or wood dowels for structure security. I put a great deal of effort to accentuate details and make the cakes fun or beautiful depending on the request. I try to get a feel for the person the cake is for so that I can create a cake that will thrill them when they see it. Our specialty is sculpted 3D cakes. We deliver the cakes in case repairs are needed during transport.
