Here are my honest thoughts on the Ooni halo pro 🤝

Makes 16-20 (depending on how you roll yours out!) 😊

Tangzhong:
56g AP flour
280g Whole Milk
*whisk over medium heat until it becomes a pudding consistency (5-10 minutes) whisk constantly. Let the tangzhong cool for minimum 30 minutes

Dough:
200g whole milk warmed
14g active dry yeast
10g sugar to bloom in yeast
190g sugar
4 large eggs
165-170g softened salted butter (do not melt)
1,100-1,200g AP flour
1 tbsp vanilla (tbh I just do a big splash)
1 tsp salt
*warm up milk for 1 minute in microwave, add yeast and 10g sugar to bloom for 7-10 minutes until foamy on top, add rest of ingredients (including tangzhong) and knead for 10-15 minutes. Dough should be very soft but pass the window pane test. Let dough rise for 1-2 hours until doubled in size. After you roll out your dough let it rise again for 30 minutes or until visibly puffy. Bake at 350F for 22-25 minutes until internal temp reaches 195-205

Well the first thing I thought when I woke up from surgery yesterday was that I over slept bake day 😂 🙈

I tried the VIRAL mama llama cinnamon rolls 👀

I almost didn’t post this because it seems like she has such a huge ride or die following. I really like the technique used to help not over cook them!

I’ve already shared this video on TikTok and learned there is some drama to her recipe. I don’t want any drama or screenshots/ her recipe shared in the comments. Anyone can sell truly whatever they want. If you don’t agree with buying a recipe that’s totally fair but don’t be disrespectful 🖤
