Pay: $20.00 / hour (Guaranteed)

Core Responsibilities
Cake Orders & Custom Requests: Detail is everything. Cake orders mark major life milestones for our customers, so taking down exact specs, double-checking entries, and treating each order with high care is mandatory.
Espresso & Coffee Service: Brew coffee and draft specialty espresso drinks strictly to standard. We take consistency seriously—recipes and techniques must be followed precisely as taught.
High-Energy Guest Experience: Greet every customer immediately with warm, lively, and attentive service.
Phone & Ordering Care: Answer calls promptly, answer questions accurately, and accommodate customer requests efficiently.
Active Cleaning & Maintenance: When you aren't actively helping a customer, you are cleaning, restocking, or preparing for the next rush. There is no idle downtime.

Coachability: Ability to accept direct instruction and constructive feedback in real time without taking it personally.
Hustle & Speed: Ability to move fast, multitask, and stay composed during heavy morning and afternoon rushes.

Qualifications
Excellent attention to detail and listening skills.
Strong communication skills in person and over the phone.
Comfortable standing, moving quickly, and doing light lifting throughout the shift.
Prior barista or retail counter experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and coachable attitude matter most.
