Job Opening: Early Morning Baker & Pastry Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated, hard-working individual to join our team and help us craft our signature products. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering consistent, high-quality results, we want to hear from you.
The Role
This is a hands-on production position. You will be responsible for the core of our daily offerings, ensuring every item meets our specific standards before the doors open.
Key Responsibilities:
• Production: Hand-cutting fresh dough and frying donuts to perfection.
• Finishing: Precisely filling and icing donuts according to our established recipes.
• Quality Control: Strictly following our specific shop protocols to maintain the consistency our customers love.
• Maintenance: Keeping a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace throughout the shift.
Shift Details
• Status: Full-Time
• Hours: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Availability: Must be able to work at least one weekend day per week.
Who You Are
• Reliable & Punctual: You understand that the day doesn’t start without you. 4:00 AM is a firm start time.
• Detail-Oriented: You can follow multi-step instructions and stick to a proven protocol without cutting corners.
• Physically Active: You are comfortable being on your feet and performing manual tasks for the duration of your shift.
• Coachability: While we value hard work above all else, we will train the right person on our specific methods.
