Crosby Cakes is a home bakery that specializes in cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, and cookie cakes for all occasions.

Our desserts, being a small part of your life’s celebrations, will always be the most special part of Crosby Cakes. Crosby Cakes is a home bakery centered on making specialty cakes from scratch! Our six inch four layer cakes are generously layered with American Buttercream. Between the layers of our cakes, you may find homemade fruit fillings, crushed candies, or even chocolate ganache. Each cake

is topped with our signature buttercream swirls & decorations to mimic the goodness you’ll find on the inside. We can’t wait for you to dig in to one of our cakes. Although we won’t judge if you decide to dig in with a fork, we do recommend slicing a piece to see the beautiful layers

*Standard cake sizing is a four layer six inch cake that serves twelve people.

✨EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT✨

Who has been here long enough to remember the Crosby Cakes Bakery Cart? So many of you loved it & have asked for it to come back over the last couple of years.

Well, the day has finally come & the “Cake Cart” is returning THIS Friday, September 4th from 9am-dusk (or sold out). For the remainder of the year we are going to do different themed Cake Pop Drops the first Friday of the month!

A couple of reminders:

🏠•The cart is set up outside of our home on the east side of Auburn, IN (the address will be posted Friday morning once the cart is open)

A post will be made on Thursday sharing the flavors in more detail as well as pictures of the cake pops. We are looking forward to the return of the cart & hope you will stop by this Friday.

Just now posting this Mother’s Day cake, shows how behind I am on posting 😅

I don’t normally do a story time on my cakes, but when I get full creative freedom, the cake means a little more.🤍

This cake went from a major fail, to something I didn’t want to cut into by the afternoon. I messed up writing Happy Mother’s Day on top. I tried to scrape off the purple frosting & ended with a smear across the top. We were running behind so I intentionally smeared spots of purple frosting all around the cake. I packed some sprinkles and a piping bag, then rushed to the car. You should have seen the look on my boys’ faces when I got into the car with big purple smears everywhere. I told them I wasn’t done, & to trust me, but the whole way there we all laughed at the version of cake my family gets vs customers. I walked into my parent’s house & finished decorating it on the same kitchen counter I decorated my very first cake on, while my mom watched just like she used to. 🥹 The cake ended up beautiful & whimsy, but most importantly my mom & grandma loved it. (But, they also loved it even when it was just purple smears when I walked in.🤣)

🎶🐶🐾Paw Patrol🐾🐶🎶

Does the theme song for each cartoon pop into your head when you see the logo, or is that just me?

While I don’t typically do many character cakes, I can do general designs to fit a theme. I loved how these paw prints & dog collar turned out!

Round layer cakes have my heart, but sheet cakes will always be the crowd pleaser! Sheet cakes don’t have to be boring, switch up the border colors, sprinkles, & writing to customize it to fit your theme.

Wedding Cakes might raise my heart rate the most, but it’s because they are so meaningful & special to create.🤍 (There is also an added layer of pressure when I also attend the wedding where the cake will be on display, haha!)

⚽️This Soccer Cake was for the sweetest girl who turned 7 & LOVES soccer.
