Originally this cake wasn’t supposed to have a goose on top! The client had purchased a topper and I was going to leave it blank. My son, my little helper in all aspects of life, walked up to it as I was JUST about done and declared “no Mama, it’s not perfect. It needs a goose!!”

After about 3 min of trying to explain, that no in fact we didn’t need one. I gave in, and this little green goose came to life!

Afterwards, he studied it deeply and said “Yepp! That’s it! It’s PERFECT! They’re gonna love it!”

Who can argue that?

Since becoming a mama to three littles, this business has become a sideline for me. I take only a few cakes per month and that’s tanked my business, but I’m grateful for the extra time I get to be with my babies. ♥️

This summer, I’ve been on a mission to find THE PERFECT dark chocolate death by chocolate cake (that kind you find at a five star restaurant)
