Just celebrated Christmas with my sister and her husband. On arrival Donna had the ingredients and recipe out for Pecan Tassies. One of my all time favorite cookies. So I jumped in and put them together for us. Here are pictures one the easy way to do these. 1/2" ball of dough , place it between plastic wrap, flatten with a measuring cup or glass. Work dough to slightly soften, fit into greased mini muffins tins. Fill and bake
