Dark chocolate + raspberry is always a good idea ❤️🧁

These gluten free dark chocolate cupcakes filled with raspberry compote were made for the sweetest birthday celebration! Topped with swirls of vanilla and raspberry frosting and colorful birthday candles, they were the perfect mix of rich chocolate and fruity sweetness.

Creating desserts that are both delicious and gluten free is something I absolutely love doing — because everyone deserves a treat at the party! ✨

This train-themed party was full steam ahead with cupcakes, cake pops, sweet treats, and all the little details to make the birthday extra special! From railroad signs to “choo choo” toppers, this dessert table was such a fun one to create.

There’s just something magical about seeing a party theme come to life through desserts — and this one definitely stayed on track! 😉
