What a great weekend! The opening day at the Uptown Ankeny Farmers Market was incredible! It was definitely a record-breaking day for me, and I was so excited to see some of my absolute favorite people! I have to give a shout out to my husband Bob for all his help. He had just randomly stopped in at the market to pick up some veggies and ended up staying to help me keep up! We talked to so many nice people and got some great feedback about introducing some healthy options. On Sunday I did the Maxwell's Market in the Park and I'm really enjoying that market as well. I met a really fun lady who stopped in and bought 18 mini breads! Thank you so much to everyone who has supported this little dream of mine. I get to bake, create new treats and meet incredible people!
