our peanut butter apple coffee cake sitting pretty in the sunshine ☀️

vanilla bean sponge, cinnamon apple filling, peanut butter feuilletine crunch, coffee buttercream

we started off this cake flavour by wanting to to put a pb crunch into a cake, but felt that a berry jam might be too predictable ☹️ so we paired it with an apple filling instead and balanced it off with a roasty espresso buttercream finish!! bellisimoooooo~ 🤌🏻

savoury-sweet brown butter cookie, with Valrhona dulcey fèves, 70% dark chocolate chips and a whole smattering of Ruffles chips. crispy chewy salty perfection 💦

PS: toast them for a lil to get the chips to be crispy once again!

this flavour took well over a month to get right 😮‍💨 first was getting the jam consistency and texture, next was figuring out which coconut water works best and lastly was to balance out all the flavour components. after countless taste tests, we’re proud to present our new 🌟 matcha of the month 🌟

housemade pineapple purée, pineapple bits, coconut water and matcha…..GET INTO IT!!! 😎
