Cranberry Pumpkin Seeds Sourdough Bread

The special request came from my hubby yesterday was he wants his favorite cranberry pumpkin seeds sourdough loaves. I am a bit stunned as I am busy working in clinic and neglected him in some way.

I have prepared the sourdough starter yesterday and planned to bake two loaves for my family. So immediately I told myself I will bake as per his request!

Not to mention, cranberry pumpkin seeds is the our most favorite sourdough loaf and we started SimpleBakes55 with this! Today I substituted 30% of wholemeal for the loaves. Needless to say, we have been eating our own homemade sourdough bread for few years now. No matter how busy I am, I can squeeze some time to make it! I can’t ensure how clean the commercial bread is, however I am certainly sure my own homemade bread are clean and nutritious!

Today chef 🧑‍🍳 is back to action!

Four loaves of black sesame sourdough bread!

This is the only Saturday I can bake before CNY.

After that, I will be involving in the community services.

In whatever things I do, I give thanks to the Lord Jesus! He will put me at the right time at the right place for the right happening.

This morning I baked two batches of sourdough Cinnamon Muffins for our serving tomorrow.

Raisins Citrus and Chocolate
Cranberry Citrus with Pumpkin Seeds

I used organic unbleached flour, Organic sugar, organic raisins, olive oil, etc substituted for the better quality.

We all need the sweetness for the festival!

Last baking before my long holiday!

Before we are going away for our long waited vacation, I have to feed my sourdough starter baby and make one wholemeal sourdough loaf for my neighbor.
I decided to bake one batch of revamped chocolate nutty cookies for my God son.

Well spent my time and I can start to pack my luggages now! ✌️💪

Bombe Alaska Double Chocolate Ice Cream Cake

I am very pleased with this cake! It’s definitely in time for my birthday celebration! 🎂🎉🛍️💖🌈✝️

Made the own double chocolate ice cream in dome shape. Baked sablee for the base of the cake. Swiss meringue as the top cover! Torched the surface for the rustic effects. This is another ice cream cake that I love!

It’s a beautiful day! 💖🌈
