My mother was the person that introduced me to the world of baking. We used to do this (pineapple tarts) every Chinese New Year when I was younger, but I guess we drifted apart as I grew older.. Bitten has helped me and my Mom come closer again, and I’m happy to present to you our very own pineapple tarts made by the two of us, all from scratch. Thanks Mom.
