GO LUNCH, GO. Welcome to taste a new Savoury 🧇 Danish from this Monday! This seasonal pastry has a ricotta & cream cheese filling, seasoned with dill, salt & 🍋 lemon, and is topped with Swedish green asparagus + grated Grana Padano cheese.
We are really excited to offer you more non-sweet & vegetarian options ... for light lunch, or as a side or starter for your dinner at home.
Last week, our Unibak technician flew in to service our German WACHTEL stone-oven and other main equipment. The "best day of the year" ... when you run a busy baker. Thank you, Preben, as always a great pleasure!
HEADS-UP, we keep closed this Thursday 14/5 (Kristi Himmelfärdsdag) ... otherwise open all week as usual. And, get ready for on 22-24/5 ... it is only every fourth year that some 400'000 people get together in Lund for a long weekend of student carnival, music, food & fun!
