Copying Alison's techniques was the beginning of her training, to become the fantastic cake maker she is today. Her baking skills may be completely self-taught, but Sharlayne holds the National Standard 167 Food Handling Certificate. Plus she operates u

Sharlayne is a whizz at time management. She is a mother of 4, and previously has managed the baking department of the Balclutha Night and Day, thus proving she is fully capable of getting the job done on time.
