It's been a while since I did a lil intro post, and I've had an influx of new followers recently - hey new friends ๐๐ป
My name is Tasha, I'm 37, and I am the one woman army that is Valkyrie Cakes ๐ค
I started my business out of lockdown in 2020 (incoming flashbacks of homeschooling ๐ซ). I never in a million years expected to still be here 6yrs later, doing something I truly enjoy, as an actual job ๐ฅน
I live in the beautiful village of Bishopthorpe, in York, with my husband, two daughters, and our Shiba Inu, Mochi.
I love music, film/TV, anime, tattoos, travelling, and reading far too many books! I regularly attend gigs with my husband, and we always try and get to Download Festival each year.
When I don't have my face buried in a book, you can usually find me at my inbox chatting with you guys about your ideal cake designs, or in my dedicated studio creating said designs.
I feel incredibly lucky that so many of you trust me to be part of your celebrations, and I genuinely appreciate every like, share, enquiry, order, and recommendation more than you know ๐ค
