Our absolute bestseller at the last Food Festival was the Tonka Pear Macaron🍐

Not only is it beautiful to look at, but its delicate pear flavour paired with the warm, vanilla-like notes of tonka bean made it a firm favourite all weekend.

And no, we're not joking - one customer even enjoyed it alongside cheese! But among true food lovers, who are we to judge? 😉
